Return Policy
If your item arrives damaged or does not match the listing description, please contact us within 30 DAYS of delivery so we can make it right.
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Return shipping is covered only when the issue is due to our error.
Serial numbers and unique identifiers are recorded for fraud prevention.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to buyer’s remorse / discretionary returns. We do not offer direct exchanges; a new order must be placed after any refund.
Shipping & Handling
Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes up to 7 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Freight shipments may require extra processing time.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
No shipping to PO Boxes.
PR, HI, and AK do not qualify for free shipping — please contact us for a quote. Ships to the lower 48 states only unless purchased through eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
