This BRAND NEW BELGIAN 4 SQUARE waffle maker was manufactured by VILLAWARE – formerly of Cleveland, OH (model no. V2001). It was originally sold exclusively at Williams Sonoma stores but eventually became available in other kitchen outlets. Unfortunately, when Tilia of San Franciso, CA bought Villaware nine years ago, they decided to drop this particular model. Hence, it is difficult to find this VILLAWARE UNO BELGIAN 4 SQUARE WAFFLER anywhere these days. It’s too bad because this waffler is clearly the creme de la creme of the waffle makers! Everything about this unit is top-of-the-line like you would expect from something originally sold exclusively by Williams Sonoma!!! This unit makes four 4 1/2″ square BELGIAN style (1 1/4″ thick) waffles on a 10″ non-stick grid at one time. This super efficient appliance uses 1200 watts and has seven temperature settings and a chime signals when the waffles are done. This machine measures 13″ x 10″ by 3 1/2″ high and stores easily and neatly in your cabinet standing on it’s side with the cord wrapped on the bottom. ***This BRAND NEW unit was a floor display model and is in EXCELLENT overall condition. There are a few cosmetic imperfections on the outer surfaces of the unit. There is a very small indentation in the plastic on the bottom of the unit (see extra picture). This does not effect the performance or balance of the unit in any way. The non-stick cooking grids are in PERFECT unused condition. This unit does NOT come with its original box and packaging.
