Vintage 1930 Art Deco Coleman Model No. 17 Electric Waffle Maker. Adorned with the iconic Gazelle inlay in the top. These are rare because they weren’t made very long due to the economic hardship that followed the 1929 stock market crash and subsequent Dust Bowl years. They were priced new about twice as high as competing waffle makers. Coleman makes a great product now and they did back then too. Cord is in good condition and the iron heats up. Some residue around the rear hinge area. Not sure what it is. This is a great find……..bid early and bid often!
