Why the motor doesn’t start or blade assembly doesn’t rotate？
The motor is fully engaged in the safety lock before it starts to work properly. Check that there is not too much food in the container; If it is overheated, unplug it and wait 20 minutes before using it again.
Why the food is unevenly chopped？
Maybe you’ve chopped too much food at the time, or the pieces are too big. Cut the food into smaller pieces.Don’t put too little food ,if the food will stick to the wall of the bowl in chopping, need to open the lid and scrape it off before chopping
Why the food is chopped too fine or too watery？
The food has been over processed. Use brief pulses or process the food for a shorter time. If you’re hitting the salad it’s fine under two or three pulses.
Why do lids warp when cleaned through the dishwasher ?
In prevent of lids or bowls warped, the temperature of dishwasher should less than 140℉/60℃.
Why doesn’t the food processor work after it gets too hot ?
The product is protected against overheating. If it loses power due to overheat, unplug and wait 20 mins and work again.
