Orders may be shipped from our warehouses in New York or California.

Items purchased on Sunday-Thursday from 3am ? 2:59am EST will ship out the next day!

Items purchased on Friday and Saturday will be shipped on Monday!

We are closed on all legal and Jewish holidays, all orders from those days will be shipped the following day after the holiday.

Return Process: 

1. Submit return request via the eBay Returns Portal.  

2. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. 

3. Select the reason for the return.

4. Please ship the product back to  us with all original parts. And packaging 

5. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

6. Our returns team will quickly refund your payment. or you may ask for a replacement
