Shipping: A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped. We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses. 

Damaged Item: We package to ensure safe delivery. However, if an item you receive is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Photos of the damage will be required to file a claim. 

Refund Policy: A refund will be processed once the item is received back, verified to be the exact item originally sold, in its original condition, no damage to the item, packaged securely to retain that condition. If either of these are not met, no refund will be issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
