Equipped with a basket hook to sift out excess oil and return it to the tank. This industrial fryer requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
- Powerful Performance: Commercial fryer has 3/4/5 heating tubes, total input 90,000 BTU/hr, 120,000 BTU/hr, 150,000 BTU/hr. Fryer has a large oil contact surface, tube design with baffles inside for better heat transfer. More energy is transferred to the oil, heating fast and evenly. Large cooling zone at the bottom of the oil tank catches food and extends oil life. The max and min oil volume lines are marked inside the fuel tank.
- Temperature Control: Commercial deep fryer with basket adjusts from 93°C/200°F to 205°C/400°F. After the set temperature has been reached, the thermostat shuts off the gas flow to burners. which can set the best frying temperature according to different foods.
