As for shipping, I ship same day 4:00pm  West Coast time is the cut off on weekdays and 2pm West Coast time on Saturday (Yes I ship Saturday) unless the rare occurrence were I am out of town.  When you get your item, please let me know if there are ANY issues or anything I can do to make you 100 percent satisfied. When emailing, please give details/photos of what is wrong AND what you want to make it right. If you want a partial refund, please speed the process up and suggest what you would like to make it right. I am very quick to respond to emails.
