The order will be shipped as fast as possible.  It is sent normally via USPS First Class.  Tracking is supported by USPS Informed Visibility.  A tracking link will be emailed to you on each step of the USPS Journey.  The tracking link will come from First Class Track, a web service, that manages USPS First Class tracking for Fahmah Jackson.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) from our location in Chester, New Hampshire, US. We take pride in providing fast and efficient shipping services to our customers.

Orders that are addressed to Freight Forwarders are a violation of eBay policies.  These orders will be cancelled unless you upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage to overcome the less than ideal delivery rate.

For our valued customers within the US, you should expect to receive your order within seven business days from the date of dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, rest assured that we are responsible and will promptly address the situation. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.

If you prefer expedited shipping or additional tracking services, you will have the option to choose upgraded shipping methods during checkout. These options are available to ensure your order reaches you according to your preferences and needs.

An item is considered missing if not received within eight business days from the shipping date. In such a case, if you choose to open an “item not received” case with us, you will receive a refund, and if you wish, you can reorder the product. Alternatively, if you decide not to open a case and request a resend of the missing product, we will promptly ship a replacement to you.

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
