Warranty and Return Policy – Comes with our 60 /10 policy

The warranty is valid only within the United States and its territories. For international orders outside these regions, a 30-day return window is available, but no warranty coverage is provided.

Your product comes with a 60 Day Return for any reason and the following 10 Months is a Limited Replacement Warranty!

*To return an item under warranty, please first message us the issue you are having and we will do our best to resolve it the best way we can.*

First 60 Days after purchase: We understand that things can happen with appliance parts, and we want to make sure you get your money’s worth! So if your part stops functioning as it should, it will be covered by our comprehensive 60 Day Warranty for a full refund! You must notify us within the 60 days after your purchase date.

Items purchased for commercial or resale use are only covered under the 60 Day Warranty and do not qualify for the additional 10 months.

The One Year Limited Replacement Warranty: After 60 days, we offer an additional 10 months of a Limited Replacement Warranty with a part exchange only. If we do not have a compatible replacement. After the initial 60 days, you will be required to pay for return shipping to our location before refund.

Our built-in warranty ensures full coverage of the functionality of the unit. It does not include coverage of cosmetic damage of any kind or the function of anything including (but not limited to): glass/plastic parts/knobs/handles/screws/broken wires/racks/ etc.

Conditions that Void Warranty: Warranty will be voided in the events that follow (but not limited to): the buyer altering or tampering with the product in any way other than what is necessary for installation, failing to provide information to follow warranty steps, failing to return items when problems arise, or misleading the seller/withholding payment/abusing the transaction in any way. This is to ensure and promote correct usage of the product. If any problems arise within the warranty period, all repairs must be handled by the seller alone.
